I especially liked some special exhibits on black art that were there recently but their other exhibits are good and often changing and you can get a library pass to visit for free.

It's silly that it took my family and I over 14 years to visit the Danforth Museum of Art. I knew they offered art classes but, I was not aware of the wide range of art forms that were represented. I especially loved the children's...More

It has been several years since I went to the Danforth. As I recall, it was a surprisingly lovely museum...surprising because it is nestled in downtown Framingham, a place I would not have expected such a nice art museum. I highly recommend a visit!

The outside is nothing to look at, but the guts of the museum are busting. This is not a museum you will spend an entire day in, but they have a good variety of ever changing works. I've taken several classes at the museum and...More
