Someone else here said the sunsets were "amazing". I agree! Not a bad way to cap off a tour of beautiful Cape Ann!

We stumbled upon this while out exploring with no particular place to go. This is definitely a local's area. There is a slight smell to the water here, but we had fun hanging out for a little while.

Hidden gem next to sleepy little neighborhood containing a coffee shop, crepe maker, liquor store and friendly folk. Tide was out, will come back again when it's in. Beautiful drive from Beverly.

We call it "the baby beach" because it's small and curves around, so you can keep an eye on the little ones. Also, due to rock outcroppings, it's fun to explore the interesting shoreline. Gorgeous place to watch the sunset. Easy parking. Just pull over and put your feet in the water for a few minutes, it will do you... More

If your child needs to explore then this is the beach where they can do this and is small enough for you to relax while they do. It is one of the best beaches in the area.

This is a very small beach that offers lots of privacy. Not even very crowded on Labor Day. The rocks on the sides make it look very European.

small quiet with a great sunset. Not great parking. on a very busy road where everyone seems to speed. Minimalist baseball field across the street. port-a-poyyys on sight.

I visited this place for reasons of nostalgia since it's where my father swam when he was a child. It was recommended to me also as being one of the few beaches in the area with shade, which I appreciated. I got there very early and so had no trouble nabbing one of the prime parking spots and used one... More
