I find Ft. Revere to be a wonderful place to visit! They have done a lot of work to clean up the Fort and remove the graffiti that previously covered the structure. There are several markers to note the importance the Fort played in the American Revolution and the alliance with the French troops. There are a a few different... More

The fort itself is actually still in surprisingly good condition considering all of the wear and tear that it has been put through since it was built. You can still go in to the old fortified area to see rooms with fireplaces, prison cells some with the iron bars still in tact and a very intricate system of tunnels that stretch... Those who love LIBERTY and want to see a unique spot on the South Shore of Boston should take the time to visit Fort Revere Park. Though some of the fort has tons of graffiti on the remaining structures, there are some interesting historical monuments, commemorating valid battles at the site, and also showing the historical and varied uses of... Needs some TLC. No info around, you need to find out info before you visit so that you can appreciate the significance of this important place. Beautiful scenes of the harbor and town of Hull. You can go down hill and walk through the fort. I live in Hull so am not proud of all the graffiti on a place... More

Was told about this by a local. It was so fascinating to see a fort not commercialized. The only sad thing was all the graffiti. But the view is breathtaking

I grew up in Hull and have been going all my life for different reasons. As a kid, I went to run around and picnic with my family, as a teen, I went at night because it was illegal and we felt rebellious, and as an adult, I go to enjoy the views and appreciate the history. I am always... More

The remnants of the fort are well-covered in graffiti, some of it not so nice. Thankfully, there seems to be some level of respect here and there are no obnoxious odors inside. The view from this area is wonderful and worth the trip. We visited on a day with 60 mph winds coming off the mainland, which made it interesting... More

While not as well preserved as the forts on George's or Castle Island I still think this is worth a visit. There are great views of the harbor and the fort itself is still neat to imagine what it looked like in the 19th century. As other have said it is certainly not pristine and there is tons and I...
