Mashpee Commons has some nice shops and restaurants but they they have continued to develop the Commons by building more buildings on the already limited parking spaces and now there are even less!!! its of local people don't go there because they no that they won't be able to park when they get there.

We stayed very near this area which is just off the roundabout in Mashpee. There weren't an awful lot of shops there and it seemed very new, with plenty of places to eat, but for some serious shopping, we drove up to Wrentham, for the outlet shops.

Mashpee Commons offers something for everyone. Dining, clothes shopping, movies, cupcakes, ice cream, toys, post office, bowling, etc., and weight watcher meetings.

Refreshing environment compared to the big malls. No cover against the elements over the sidewalks, but the stores are all interesting. Cute. A few of the big boys are here (Pottery Bard and Gap), but for the most part the shops are small and inviting.

Grocery anchor, a smattering of restaurants, coffee and café offerings, and maybe the best wine and beer (plus liquor) selection for 30 miles. Also the usual smaller clothing stores and services fill in a sort of neighborhood open shopping destination, which we are thankful to have found when staying in New Seabury, just a couple miles up the road.

Very nice place to shop, very nice, country and relaxed atmosphere. Shop at your own pace. No hurried mall experience.

Masphee Commons is a shopping center with individual stores (i.e. not a mall) and there is a good selection of stores and a wide variety of restaurants from the high end to a Starbucks. It is a fairly accessible location so I have used it as a meeting place on a number of occasions and no-one had gotten lost. Parking... More

This is our second visit to Mashpee Commons, and we returned this year for certain shops we fell in love with the first time - Ghelfi Candies of Cape Cod, Gustare Oils and Vinegars, and others. Caters to upscale, upmarket income class, but is open and friendly to all. Highly recommend The Lanes Bistro as well. The place has a... More

Love it! Great restaurants and boutiques! Sundays are special during the summer because of the farm market. Fresh fruit & veggies.
