For exercise or enjoyment this trail has it all. I just love taking a walk down this trail. It connects many towns together. Some people use it to commute to work and others for a daily jogging trail. The scenery it beautiful.

This is a great trail for bike riding with family and friends! If you’d like you can stop off and get a bite to eat along the way. People also are out walking and rollerblading.

The path is very well maintained, and about 90% (est) shaded, which was a great on a 90 degree day. At one point, I felt like I was riding thru a topical rain forest!

I've been on this trail several times. It is excellent for people who are not very familiar with bike riding because it is relatively flat; bikers and walkers are generally aware and courteous; there is very little interaction with cars; and there are segments that...More

I spend a lot of time on this rail trail, usually running more than biking. The section crossing the Connecticut river is beautiful. A lot of the trail is well shaded which helps in the summer heat. This trail and the other connecting trails allow...More

Yes - that would be Maple Farms. On the bike path as it crosses North Maple St. (Behind Hampshire Mall). They've expanded in recent years too.
