Commercial Street has everything, it's where everything happens from dusk to dawn. You will have to get used to sharing the street with vehicles as it is a very narrow street and you will sometimes have to switch sides on occasion.

Commercial Street is a gayer, slightly run-down mix of State Street in Madison and Main Street in Wisconsin Dells. The crowd seemed to be having a good time browsing the shops and wandering up and down the street. I enjoyed it. We were there on the last day of the Bear Festival. We saw some bears. They were friendly.

We love to visit Provincetown and cruise down Commercial Street. Whether it's off season or peak, it is a fun place to shop, grab a bite to eat, a glass of wine or people watch. Lots of entertainment. We go for yard sale weekend Spring and Fall, the PAAM garden tour, Halloween, or just with friends. The shops are always... More

While visiting late November the East End of Commercial Street was under major construction it did not detract from the quaint and adorable aspects of the street. Down the east end there are many excellent little galleries and as one heads west a great selection of shopping options. Very few open at this time of the year which suited us... More

There's a shop, restaurant, bar for everyone! The area takes you back in time with the beautiful old charm and the beach town feel. The entire area has the best views ever!

If I closed my eyes and opened them in downtown Center Provincetown I could be in Any Tourist Town USA. Typical shops, restaurants, souvenir shops, jewelry stores and lots of people walking from shop to shop. Parking is difficult, but free off season. I love Cape Cod but not the traditional, predictable town.

This alley and its contents are probably well-known to locals, but the only sign for non-locals appears to be at just below knee-level, painted on the side of Provincetown Jewelry, which is located beside Shop Therapy. Just dart into the alley, look left, and be prepared to enter Bob Gasoi's "world". It is hard not to be amazed at the... More

Almost every single shop was closed and it resembled a goast town. I had a list of resaurants to try and they were all closed too. Parking was free though. Ha!
