After passing the sign for years we decided to see the sight, and we were glad we did. This is classic Cape Cod. It's beautiful and has great views. And with the surrounding golf course it looks like a classic scene from a movie. We...More

While on vacation, I wanted to play golf. We went to visit the Highland Light the day before to find a terrific 9/18 hole golf course connected to the venue. I made a tee time and played the next day. I am happy I did....More

Nothing social unless you're a golfer too as it's on a 'Links' course. Worth a brief visit especially if you're a compeletionist. The visitors' centre is shut to June'17!!

This lighthouse is a beautiful place to stop and see. The light had been moved closer to the shore as erosion was endangering it from falling into the sea. But you can stand on a deck where the light originally stood and look out over...More

Well worth taking the guided tour. The guides are informative and personable! Not a bad climb to the top and the views are beautiful.

Located next to the oldest golf course in the USA! Historical location on the outer Cape. Due to erosion, lighthouse moved back 450 feet from original location. Film inside the lighthouse store shows how they made it happen.

The lighthouse was moved about 20 years ago, and you'll learn all about that. But the best part is the climb to the top and the awesome views. We could see clear across the bay to Plymouth, Great fun.
