I have been going to this park since I was a child, and it has always been meticulously maintained and free. Love the variety of the park; for example, there is a pond with swans and ducks, sports fields, flower gardens, a pavilion that hosts entertainment, tennis courts, picnic areas, and a nature trails on which you can take a... Stanley Park is a wonderful park with several features. there are plenty of open fields to run around and play. There are soccer nets, basketball courts, handball court, playground, and pavilions available to rent for parties. There are walking and bike trails through woods, a frog pond, duck pond, and rose garden. Grounds are well kept and generally very clean.

A place to enjoy a weekend walk with your pup. It is also an excellent place to bring visitors. Always bring leftover bread to feed the ducks, swan and the fish. You can use the Rose garden for pictorials which I did for my Mom's 80th birthday.

Stanley Park is an attractive area long renown as a Westfield landmark for annual fireworks, wedding photo shoots and athletic events. There are well marked hiking trails down to the Westfield River and a duck pond where you can take the kids to feed the ducks. Plenty of coy fish swim close by. Very relaxing and the upper grounds are... More
