We love to frequent the Ecotarium. They always have new exhibits and fun things for the children to do. When it's snowy out you can even go sledding on the grounds. In the nice weather you can walk the grounds, older children can do the tree canopy walk (so much fun) and they have a new playground and exploring station.... More

I would give this 4 stars, because exhibits can stay up for a while, and sometimes I'm done exploring it BUT my kids would rate it a 5, they Always look forward to going! We have a membership, which pays for itself so fast. The kids love the outdoor play space in summer, Siegfried the Stegosaurus, and the rotating internal... More

We go back often and enjoy it every time. My son likes the exhibits that are permanent and looks forward to whatever is newest too. Easy parking, easy access, lots to do and see inside and out. My only "negative" is the need for more food options.

I visited the Eco Tarium last summer, 2016 with my friends and four children. We had such a good time, even when one of the four had a melt down in the middle of the play area outside. We all enjoyed the outdoor train that takes you around the whole property. As well as the outdoor bubble maker. This is... More

Prepare to spend several hours enjoying the displays, animals and interactive exhibits at this world-class science museum. There are areas of interest for toddlers to seniors, inside and outside. There is a tremendous amount to learn here, so don't expect to do it all in one visit. You will definitely enjoy it. If you want to avoid crowds, get there... More

We finally checked out the Ecotarium when our family visited from Maine. It was beyond our expectations - clean, fun, friendly and loads to do and explore. We had children ages 12, 6 and 5 and all had a blast. It's very hands on from animal exhibits to the outdoor bubble area and the train ride. We paid extra for... More

We were checking out Worcester, and this was the perfect stop for our little scientist of a daughter. You pay as you come in the gate before parking. That's because you can wander the property and check out the wildlife in various enclosures. As we're in the midst of winter and it was a little rainy, we just saw the... More

We took the kids here on a day trip, it was $50 for 2 kids and 2 adults, more if you wanted to ride the train or see the planetarium, another $12 and $16 respectively. We hit it on a day when there was no one else there, and I think that helped. If you had to wait in line... More

The museum itself is entertaining: it features 3 floors of exhibits - there's a glass floor balcony to test your acrophobia on the top floor, live animal shows for the kids and a planeterium/movie theater on the center floor, and the largest floor (lower level) that features constantly changing exhibits, really cool African dioramas, a living swamp exhibit, a kinetic...
