This is a nice park to take a stroll in. The pond and dolphin fountain are my favorite part of the park. There is also a small, covered shelter. There is a playground for kids. There are port o pot restrooms at the park.

This is one of the premier parks in Bay City. Nicely maintained in a upper class neighborhood. The pond has been drained but is still interesting.

Carrol Park is a well-maintained quiet park that would be perfect for family or friends or even events. They have tennis courts and playground equipment. It's been a part of Bay City for as long as I can remember.
