Trace the history of the auto and our fascination with it along with other American inventions through the staggering collection of Henry Fords estate, which includes such memorabilia as the chair Abraham Lincoln sat in when he was assassinated and the limo in which John F. Kennedy was shot.

To me, this is a must see if you are in the area. We spent 5 hours there, dividing our time between the inside and Greenfield Village and still we missed a lot. It was wonderful to see what contributions were made by Mr. Ford...More

I recently toured the Ford Museum. The museum is way more than Ford cars. All kinds of makes and models of cars and more. Tractors, phones. guns, glassware and so much more. A must see. If this review was helpful in any way check the...More

The tour of the plant was not very interesting. It was loud. The 360 degree observation deck did not offer much to see. The cost of parking ($6.00) is added to the cost of the tour.

Definitely give yourself most of the day to see the museum. We started our day at the museum and finished it up with the factory tour. We purchased the main attraction tickets which allowed us to spend the next day at Greenfield Village. I would...More

Definitely worth going to when visiting the adjacent Greenfield Village. For car enthusiast as well as those who love history. This museum has other featured exhibits other than cars; period-furniture, machinery, etc. Definitely worth going in to and easy to get wheelchairs due to massive...More

Are you referring to the The Henry Ford museum or Greenfield Village? The museum might not be as interesting for a 3 year old but Greenfield Village has more to offer (animals, rides, and there are places to buy food). I... More
