MSU's huge country-like campus offers a lovely setting for running, biking or just hanging out, and also has places to visit, like the Beal Botanical Gardens, Sanford Natural Area, the 70,000-capacity Spartan football stadium, an art center, planetarium and, of course, the MSU Dairy Store for ice cream.

MSU campus is rated as one of the most beautiful campuses. Just walking the sidewalks and looking around you realize the beauty and enjoy the architecture. And don't miss the gardens.

Decided to road trip up to MSU over the holiday. We brought our bikes to ride around campus. The students had all gone home so it was a quiet time of year there. We enjoy walking along the Red Cedar and letting our golden retriever...More

The campus is absolutely gorgeous, the gardens are amazing, the river trails are quiet and flourishing, the architecture is brick and mortar - a helluva throwback if you ask me - not to mention the place is surrounded by delicious food EVERYWHERE!! I mean -...More

The river divides this campus into 2 parts - the pretty, traditional university from what looks like any city in any state. The school is huge, and full of interesting buildings, gardens and quads.

My oldest goes to MSU and my youngest starts in fall. We love State and the education it provides our children. The athletics here are superb. We are proud season ticket holders.
