It's an exact replica of the oval office with some of President Ford's furniture present. There are documents and material that are part of our national heritage. If you want to see what everything was like it's a must see.

Easy to find museum with beautiful grounds surrounding the museum. Sculptures and burial site on the grounds.

Many different things to see at this museum. Lots of pictures. Even a short video you can watch. The replicated Oval Office is a must see. Interesting to see many of the gifts that the Fords received throughout his presidency. Gifts from many different nations.

There were several of us that went to the museum as a group outing. Everyone enjoyed it. The layout was good and easy to menouver. The tomb is also on the site.

It is very easy to get around. I too have some difficulty walking and I didn't have any problems while being there. Yes, there are places to sit.

You could take the GRATA bus to the main station which is about 2 miles southeast of the Ford Museum. From there you could check out Amtrack or Greyhound since the Henry Ford Museum is about 180 miles away in the Detroit... More

I do not know but suggest you contact the museum. There is a parking lot directly in front of the museum but I do not know if it will accommodate your motor home.
