This museum presents the life of Gerald R. Ford through the context of his presidency, personal character and quality of his career path in an interesting historical way.

It's an exact replica of the oval office with some of President Ford's furniture present. There are documents and material that are part of our national heritage. If you want to see what everything was like it's a must see.

I believe they are. I have seen people with them and I have not seen anyone being asked to throw them away.

It is very easy to get around. I too have some difficulty walking and I didn't have any problems while being there. Yes, there are places to sit.

You could take the GRATA bus to the main station which is about 2 miles southeast of the Ford Museum. From there you could check out Amtrack or Greyhound since the Henry Ford Museum is about 180 miles away in the Detroit... More
