We enjoy taking my 4yo to this museum when we are in Grand Rapids! It's always clean and well-staffed, and the exhibits rotate out to keep things fresh! We love the "town" area located downstairs - they have everything from a car to drive to a full grocery store to shop at. We also love the bubbles! There is no... More

This museum is designed for hands on activities for toddlers to pre-teens. It's a bit expensive and there are not a ton of staff available, but it's a place for rainy or cold days when you have a bunch of kids that need to get out. Not quite a great place, especially when you've been to lots of other cities... More

With the changing displays and fun activities, the Children's Museum is always a new adventure. The staff is friendly and the museum is clean. It's a wonderful way to spend a cold, snowy day!

Great for kids up to about grade 3. After that, they might not be quite as interested. Below that age, they will have a ball with all the hands on things to do!

I appreciate the fact that GR has a children's museum, but it could be much better, considering the quality of all of the other museums in town. Also overpriced, $35 for two adults (who do nothing but watch), and two kids, 5 and 6. Yes, there are some unique items and activities, but I wasn't really overly impressed. Meijer Gardens... More

My little kids enjoy this Museum! Great for the young ones as well as elementary & middle school aged kids! The bubble area is probably the most fun! I like the little "town" they have too! Grocery shopping, pizza making, bank teller, etc. So cool for the kids & adults!

We visit Children's Museum's when we travel quite often and this one was great! Kids and parents had a blast. The bubble area was a favorite area, but they loved the construction zone as well. Thanks for providing a fun, safe place for kids to play and learn.

This museum is a great place for those little hands that want to touch all the buttons, jump, explore and move. The other parents were a great help as we struggled to make the giant bubbles. My only concern was there were not many museum staff.

We really found this museum to be super fun for our little boy, who is almost 3. He didn't want to leave at closing time. However, my 1 yr old didn't really have much to do. The areas her "size" were basically just putting balls in holes, books, blocks, stairs, and a small walk over bridge type thing. Not very... More
