Great place to go walking. Well maintained and feels safe during the day. I have talked from downtown at Kzoo street all the way to Turner Dodge House. A gem in Lansing.

Well kept trail. Clean and a nice length. However there have been problems with some weird people approaching those using the trails so go with a companion.

The River Trail is excellent for visitors and residents, alike. It offers a refreshing look at Lansing's natural beauty and you can get from Old Town to MSU's Campus! Great for fun or exercise.
