Fishing fantastic and was made to feel really welcome by the owner and will definitely be going again on a regular basis. Facilities are clean and fresh. Really good value for money day ticket or yearly membership.

We usually take our touring caravan here but decided to stay in the static caravan. The caravan overlooks the small and large lakes. There are two bedrooms both with wardrobes. The main bedroom is on-suite, pillows and duvets are provided so just need to take covers. The kitchen is well equipped with pans, cutlery and pots, there is a microwave, toaster, fridge freezer and cooker. There is a dining area with table and chairs, there is a spacious lounge with a television and gas fire. The lounge leads out to a veranda where you can sit and enjoy the views over the lakes. There is a shop onsite where you can purchase papers, magazines, general foods and fishing equipment. The owners and very friendly and helpful. The is a pub across the road where you can have a meal. Mablethorpe is about 2 miles away, there is a bus stop outside of the site. We have been coming to this site for many years and enjoy the peace and quiet every time…

Good fishing, friendly owners, shop for all essentials and fishing tackle. Toilets and showers not 5* but what would you expect for the money. Will definitely be returning. Andy and Marian…

A brilliant place to fish. I have been teaching my son to fish this summer and he has loved going to Oham Lakes. The family who run it are very helpful and there is a little shop for essentials. We have caught plenty of fish and last night a massive mirror carp which was a great challenge to land. Lovely wildlife including Kingfishers and wildfowl to see while you fish. Don't be put off by the entrance which needs a bit of TLC, the lakes are well maintained and stocked and the prices very reasonable. You can have a good day fishing here.... we certainly have .…

Oham Lakes is a hidden little gem, so please don't be put off visiting by some of the negative reviews. The fishing lakes and surrounding grounds are all well maintained and are fairly accessible in a powered wheelchair. We noticed that the toilet and shower facilities had been fully modernised with a refurb since our last visit & both the toilet & sink were clean. The prices are very reasonable - so have realistic expectations of what real camping is about Personally we found the laid back atmosphere was a refreshing change from the 'rule for everything' 5 out of 5 for being able to meet individuals needs re equality…….allowing suitcase ramps to be used for accessibility, and for helpfully with wood that was needed, and for allowing fishing kit to be left set up due to disability The management are beyond friendly and helpful and quickly resolve any issues. We will definitely be back …
