Konark Sun Temple is one of the wonders near Puri in Odissa. It has got its historical importance. The temple is a marvel in its architecture. It is one of the 7 wonders of the World. Well maintained and was under renovation then. There were lots of tourists around. Happy to visit.

The Konark Sun temple is located about 40 kms from Puri and was one of the 7 wonder in India. A must visit place if one is visiting the state of Oddisha

A temple where no Pujas are held, a temple that is testimony to India's architectural excellence, a temple that has withstood nature's fury and the enemy's weapons of destruction, a temple that depicts Kamasutra as much as it depicts gods and goddesses - an experience that shouldn't be missed. A guide can be of great help. It's maintained pretty well.
