I took my two boys and two nephews camping here at Muskegon. I knew very little about this campground before booking the weekend. The site we had was shady and spacious. The campground was very family-friendly. The bathrooms were centrally located, not too far from...More

I'm from Ontario and usually camp at Provincial Parks. The amenities are very similar in that you fill up with water, have electricity at the sites, then dump on your way out. However, there is very little privacy when compared with Provincial parks. Luckily I...More

Lovely park with awesome views and water access but they didnt clean the bathrooms or showers, if they did it was a terrible job. We were camped directly across from the bathrooms and never saw the rangers there any longer than 5 minutes. Shower walls...More

This park is great for every season! Hiking in fall , spring and summer, and cross country skiing, luge, and ice skating in winter! Lots of restaurants nearby after you've worked up a good appetite!

The park has some walking trails, campgrounds, and beach. I enjoyed sitting on the beach to watch the meteor shower. The parking is easy for the beach. It seemed to me upon arrival that parking can be an issue quick in the summer on the...More

With the hiking trails, the beach, the channel into Muskegon Lake, and 2 campgrounds, this is busy all summer. But there is a winter sports complex too! It includes a training luge site, ice-skating, and Miles and miles of lighted, and groomed, cross-country trails.
