We really enjoyed the special exhibit of the Edward Curtis photogravures from the Muskegon collection. It is a special treat to view the entire collection as well as original copper plates and native American artifacts.

The Edward S. Curtis exhibit is absolutely stunning!! Do not miss it. The exhibit takes up all but one room of the museum, so that should be your main focus. Be sure to read the history as you go along to get the full experience....More

What a fine museum in a wonderful location and building. Recently saw Ancient books and now original Native American art, unique to this museum. This is a great visit when in town.

Friendly staff, nice museum. Interesting collection of artwork. Gift shop is nice, has a lot of cute local items.

This art museum is a treasure. There is great art, ever-changing exhibits well worth seeing. Very welcoming, docents are friendly and knowledgeable. The upcoming Curtis exhibit is a must.
