This was our first wine stop on our first ever visit to Traverse City. The employees were very friendly and knowledgeable about all the different types of wine. It was great that the gentleman that was helping us went in a specific order so our pallets reacted with the best taste. My boyfriend had come with and had never drank... More

My husband and I stopped by Leelanau Cellars this past weekend (1/14/2017). We have been many times before, but this time we received "knock your socks off" service. I did not catch the 2 older gentleman's names that were running the tasting room. However, I have never had this type of service at a tasting room or winery in general.... More

The best thus far. It doesn't look like much when you pull up but they offer free tasting which makes it much more likely that you will find something you like. We walked out with a case of 6. The cranberry is the best. White Sangria is good too.

We greatly enjoyed our Tasting Room experience! Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He helped us narrow down what types of wines we might enjoy and gave great information about the wines, the tastes and the names. The atmosphere was nice and open and didn't feel stuffy. Of course you can't go wrong with the view, either. We enjoyed lunch... More

This upstairs warm and spacious tasting room has a commanding view of the magnificent East Bay. The friendly and knowledgeable hosts will help you pick out your favorite 5 wine pours. 10 if your with a friend :-) The selection is huge with many varieties you can't find at Meijer's. No pressure to buy a bottle, but you probably will.... More

Even though you can buy most of these wines at Meijer, it's well worth the drive and tasting experience

As a group we stop here at least once a year. Love the view and reasonable prices for their wine. Like the fact that tasting a few is free as we always leave with a case. Service is generally pretty good, but they can get busy when a bus has arrived or on a nice day while on a fall... More
