This beach is located between downtown Traverse City and the Old Mission Peninsula. If you are coming South from the peninsula, make an easy right turn into this little park. If you are lucky, you might find a parking space. The limited parking keeps the...More

Bryant Park is my go to place for swimming in the summer but the other seasons are great too. When the weather is decent Bryant Park is great for reading books, having picnics, doing yoga asanas and much more.

Always looking for the different, we have driven past this little park several times and finally stopped. Great for quiet, beach close to parking (limited as it is a fairly small park on the west bay).

This is a beautiful, though small, park on West Grand Traverse Bay at the base of Old Mission Peninsula. The beach is sandy and very nice. Does get pretty crowded in the summer.

Nice location tucked into the base of Old Mission Peninsula. Less crowds....more locals than tourists. Down side is limited parking. Park at the strip mall, high school or college & walk/bike ride to the park. Easy water access and great playground for the kids. Away...More

Nice park in the corner of West bay and the Peninsula. Nice picnic area and adjoining beach. Not secluded but a little off the beaten path.

Yes you may bring your dog, and they must be on a leash. Bring a bag just in case, there are trash cans there too.
