Outstanding course

Beautiful and challenging Palmer design. Course was in excellent condition and a good value. Greens are in great condition and can be tricky to putt.

This course is on an amazing piece of property, very beautiful golf course. Well maintained only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that I thought the greens were a little shaggy and could have been a little faster. Best part was my ace on hole 17!

Played this just after the Ryder Cup. Great course (challenging), beautiful setting and scenery. Course was in excellent shape. 2 1/2 hours from Minneapolis.

WOW ! One of those courses where you wonder if the camera might have been a better choice that the clubs. #1 - Be realistic. If it's the first and only time you are going to play Deacon's Lodge move up a set of tee markers from where you think you can play. Each hole is a masterpiece of landscaping.... More

We were very amazed at the high quality conditions of this course! Amazing! Challenging with serenity everywhere. The terrain and scenery are always changing at every hole. You rarely see an adjacent fairway it's so well layed out. We golfed this course the past 2 days and we wish we had time to golf another 18 or two. Highly recommend!

This a first class golf course all the way. But not for a person just starting out. It's a very challenging course with water hazards and prairie grass that you will have to play around. Very, very well kept up and groomed. We even seen a couple of deer while we were out there. This course was designed by Arnold... More

No doubt one of the best courses I have played. Very unique and well taken care of. Is part of Breezy Point now and can get a package with them to play here as well. You will not be disappointed with Deacon's!
