Great place to take visitors to see a giant mining operation, would be better if they had a knowledgeable person to explain the day to day operation more than just the history

There is an excellent view of the mining operation from an overlook parking area. Small gift shop and a short paved walk around some of the large equipment completes the spot.

Watch the hudge trucks being loaded with iron ore. This is where it all starts in the process of making US steel. Climb onto one of the big dump trucks. Amazing view!

I learned a lot about the iron range area as well as the hull rust mine . Beautiful view of the mine itself as well as a fully stocked gift shop.
