It's a nice park, just not in a very interesting area. The trails are well-maintained, though the sign board maps have some errors. The staff at the gate were very friendly.

well maintained park with friendly rangers. Lake is beautiful and fishing is excellent. Great for large groups and family reunions.

Its a beautiful place to camp or just go for a drive or even a boat ride .Fishing is god too. And you can always swim on a hot day as long as it isn't August.
