So many artists in one locations and attending a special event is so much fun. There are artists in so many genres and there is so much to see - it is hard to choose which piece to purchase at the end of the day...

During the annual Art a Whirl -- this area vies with the Minnesota State Fair, but on a weekend afternoon the studios are just well attended, and you will have more time to visit with gallery owners, and artists. Worth a visit -- lots to...More

Just allow 5 hours for this visit, and you might—just might—feel satisfied that you've covered most of the ground. You have 4 very long floors of artists, all doing creative things and many doing cutting edge work. The hustle and bustle is energizing, and the...More

One of the main venues for artist studios in Minneapolis' art district. It's especially fun during art-a-whirl in the Fall of the year. Many galleries are in this bu Lying as well as many, many more in the surrounding blocks.
