Fun Tour!
Sep 2021 • Couples
We signed up for this tour online. You select the time (in 1 hour blocks) you want to visit. They only allow a certain number of people because there is limited space in the brewery. After you select your time you enter your credit card number. The cost is $10 per person.
We were met by Elium
(not sure of spelling). He is a brewhouse worker who sometimes fills in as a guide.
He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer any questions we had. The first thing he did was ask us what type of beer we liked, and gave us each a can of beer from the cooler to enjoy during the tour. He thoroughly explained the brewing and canning process as we walked through the plant. At the end of the tour, he gave us each a coupon for a free beer in their taproom and a nice glass with their logo to keep.
We had a great time-I highly recommend it!

Nice place to sit and visit while enjoying a cold brew.

Tried this place for the first time and really enjoyed it. Met one of their sales people and he was more than happy to tell us about the business and give us a tour. They produce some very tasty brews to include a Root Beer that is a must to try. They have an area for standing outside and a good sized area to sit inside. Parking is a little tricky in that area but nothing is too far to walk.

Interesting Gem of a Place
Mar 2019
This was the Brewery Stop that my friend and I came across. When we first arrived we sat at the bar, and had a drink. I noticed that they have growlers, and while talking to the bartender found that they will fill your growlers - which is super cool. After the first beer, we got a second beer and sat down at a table. The place overall was very interesting. A great crowd was there, and I can imagine they have a good thing going in the summer when people can be outside. The bartenders and patrons of the place were all very chill. Great place to find.

I gave it 5

Stars because of the friendliness of the staff, the atmosphere and quality of the drinks. If they can handle a standing room crowd and be that attentive and friendly they get a 5

I stopped in because I was told that this place was the best.
Oct 2019
I was in town and stopped in to have a beer. I was watching the Bears game, but the bartender/mgr walks by and turns off the game. I asked if the game can be put back on, she mentioned that this bar only watches Vikings and Packers. To me it didnt make sense, I understand the Vikings, but if your watching the Packers, why not make a customer happy and put on the Bears game. She continued with her day with the game off, i mentioned I guess its one beer and out kinda place.

Therefore, I dont recommend this place. Customer Service is horrible.

One of the best NE breweries!

We visited Indeed as a group on a Saturday and were happy to find plentiful space for our group of 10. The new taproom is GREAT. Beer selection is good, staff friendly. This has always been our experience at Indeed! Be sure to check it out on a Wednesday night for Indeed We Can!

Beer stop during Art-a-whirl
May 2019 • Couples
I came here for a beer break during Art-a-whirl in May. This might not be the best time to get a sense of the brewery as this place was mobbed. I had two different IPAs but have to say they were bit malty for me. I couldn't take the beer up to the third floor of the adjacent building which was a drag. After rather quickly drinking this beer, I went to the third floor where to my surprise, beer was being served. This was provided by a different caterer but was still Indeed beer so just a bit annoying. Probably would be more fair to visit again on a calmer and drier weekend.

Beer Please!
Nov 2018 • Friends
We always do our research before traveling, what restaurants to go to, breweries, beer bars, sights, etc.. and this place was on our short list of must visit breweries, and it didn't disappoint. When we arrived the place was busy and we only had an hour before they closed but we found a couple of seats at the bar and were able to try a couple of beers. Unique brewery and tasting room and the beer was good.

My husband was reading the paper and noticed a local brewery was featured having Indeed Brewing Co. High and Dry as one of the "brut IPAs for the holiday table". "Hops aren't one ingredient," said Jon Eager of Indeed Brewing Co. in Minneapolis. "They're like a spice rack for brewers, hundreds of jars of different flavors." High and Dry was described as having "round, fruity flavors of juicy grape and guava nectar."
That afternoon we visited Indeed which was located off the beaten path by railroad tracks in an interesting refurbished building. The bar was crowded on a mid afternoon with some people playing cards, board games and even some children coloring with coloring pages provided by the staff....made me smile.
To be honest, we preferred other beers rather than the High and Dry. A favorite was the Torus which was fermented in blackberries. We brought home a beer fermented in raspberries which should be really good.
In the summer, there is a patio available.

One of the must visit breweries in Mpls
Nov 2018 • Friends
Visited on a bus tour, although I've been here a couple times. They are always busy. Nice to see they added a second tasting area, because they needed the space. Knowledgeable staff and very good beer make this a place to seek. Cool vibe with some funky art make the visit enjoyable. They are near a lot of artist lofts, etc. so if you are doing one of those events, stop in for a beer.
