FDR's Bunker was the first escape room we ever played and we were so thrilled with it that we were inspired to create our own escape room in Mankato (Old Town Escape)! Last summer we played The Deadly Deer Camp and weren't disappointed. These rooms are creative and fun with great ambience and props, and puzzles that make sense but... More

My wife, sister, and brother-in- law had a blast! Having done 8 escape rooms prior to this one in larger cities like Vegas, New York City, and Minneapolis we were a little skeptical at first but the FDR Bunker room did not disappoint! The well themed room had a great balance of clue finding and puzzle solving. We also liked... More

We visited with our grandchildren, ages 10-13. The escape room was challenging for everyone, but fun one of the youngest found one of our first clues. The hour flew by! We also went on the go carts but one was not tall enough & she was bummed. Overall, it was a nice break & fun!

Hi Wanda, Thanks for the review! We appreciate having you here and glad to hear you and the family enjoyed the park and the escape room! Tell the little one to hang in there, she will be tall enough for the go karts before you know it! Thanks for coming! More

We did the fun park and then the Deadly Deer Camp escape room. Both were a blast. Get the 3 hour wrist bands - then you don't have to hurry through everything. We are looking forward to the new escape room.

A little pricey for an hour and a half of fun but I was still pleased. My girls (ages 8 and 5) loved it. Just wish we had an hour more. They got to ride bumper boats, have a water balloon fight, climb a rock wall, go through a maze, do super flips and jumps on the trampoline and bounce... More

We went just for mini golf. The course had 18 holes. It could be a pleasant course, but it was a little run-down, and right near the highway. There were six of us playing, and it cost us $50. Expensive for a round of mini golf. The kids (6-12 yrs old) did have fun.

Rachael, Thanks for your feedback on our mini golf course. We are sorry you did not see the value in the course. For 18 holes and the challenge of the layout, $7.00 /person is less than the cost of other courses in the area. We are continuing to update and refresh the course a bit at a time rather than... While the park as a whole was a ton of fun, (everyone loved the mini golf, go karts, bumper boats, and laser tag) the FDR bunker escape room was over the top! Honestly, I was expecting it to be only mediocre, being in small town Minnesota, but I could not have been more wrong! Our family (which included eight, usually... More

This place has seen better days. It is in need of some TLC. The bouncy house was filthy, the water for the bumper boats was a dirty gray, the place needs paint everywhere, and the prices are too high. It cost $7 each for a ride in the go carts or a round of mini golf. Way too expensive for... More

Thank you for your review of our facility. I'm sorry you were disappointed in the condition of the facility. We are constantly working to make improvements to the facility and attractions. Just so you and others are aware, the water in the bumper boat pond is extremely clean and chlorinated to guidelines, but we have the challenge of extremely rusty... More

We took our granddaughters here as an alternative to lake activities, rain was in the forecast. We purchased two 1 1/2 hour wristbands. The Go-carts listed a minimum height of 58", and when we got in line for the first ride, the young man in charge told a group of about 6 kids they were too short to ride by... More

Thank you for your review of our park. We apologize for any confusion or if there were any instances where under-height drivers were allowed to drive. We strive to ensure that only those 58" tall or taller drive the carts as this is the height requirement set forth by the cart manufacturer and stipulated by our insurance. We also do... More
