Loved this little park

Enjoyed walking around the park area. Lots of others did too apparently there are lots of Pokemon Go stops at this park!

This is a beautiful place with paved trails. The mosquitoes were very bad when we were there. The city needs to spray. Nearby is a campground and RV park.

What a luscious attraction to St. Cloud. Traveling alone, I felt quite safe walking through this beautiful area of St. Cloud. The gardens are beautiful, the river so soothing. Now, just have to try it during the winter to capture yet another aspect of this lovely area.

The Munsinger Garden is a must see for all ages. They have a great little gift shop where you can find the best last minute finds.

Did Frisbee golf with my company and we had a blast. Very challenging course. Also there is a newer splash pad, tennis courts, and in the winter a nice sledding hill is groomed for the kids in all of us.

Nice place for little kids to play (the water spray feature is fun!) and for families to picnic (shade trees but limited number of tables), but otherwise unremarkable. Its name is accurate, as the park sits above the Mississippi, but don't expect (as least in Summer) to see the river for the trees.

Ever since early 1990's, my (entire extended) family has came up for a weekly visit at Riverside Resort. At the time, Riverside Resort was owned by Jim and Jeannette Derose and each summer I had the pleasure of spending some time with their kids. Whether it be playing basketball, volleyball, tubing, or cooking s'mores, my summers revolved around Riverside Resort.... More

If you like disc golfing you must plan a trip to Riverside park. It is a beautiful course with a lot of tree coverage, which can be an issue for some.

The park is on the opposite side of the Mississippi River from U of M St. Clloud. It has a pleasant walk area along the river, benches and porch-type swings, ducks and birds along the river, and a beautiful flower garden during the summer and fall. It's a good place to relax and for the kids to run. Some people... More
