We had the best fishing trip ever with Captain Steve. We just had a poor fishing summer and we finally caught fish on this trip. 16 trout put on ice, taken home, cooked and eaten. I would recommend Capt Steve and Lillies Landing. They make the excursion easy and fun.

We are novice fisherpersons who had a relaxing fishing trip on this lake. Our guide, Steve, was very friendly and helpful. Five of us, all adults, were taken up stream in the pontoon boat. Steve pointed out the bald eagles nesting along the way and told us about the experiences of those who were recently flooded. We were set up with all we needed to fish and were quickly rewarded with our largest catch of the day. We estimate that we caught and released something like 40 fish in our 4 hours out on the boat. It was beautiful and very relaxing even though it was a bit sad to see the damage recent floods had caused to local home owners along the river. Just remember to bring your own snacks and beverages.

Just completed our fourth trip over the last couple of years and having plenty of trout to show for it. The guides have been great, friendly, and very knowledgeable. They will put you in the right spot with the right bait, the rest is up to you! We have always come home with our limit!
