Scheduled a stay several months ago and arrived Feb 13 for a week. Snow and extremely cold weather came in for this week. 2 bedroom unit was nice, clean and comfortable. The condo units are 3 stories high without elevators. Activities section was open so we played ping pong and other games. Staff kept sidewalks clear of snow as well as driveways. Great indoor pool with a staff member present. Could not play golf as there was 6 inches of snow. Nice stay but would have really enjoyed this place in spring, summer or fall. …

Room was filthy upon arrival. Jacuzzi and shower (we got the 2 bd 2 bath suite) were so disgusting it was unreal, soap scum everywhere hair of all sizes and 2 different colors all over, spent over an hour cleaning just the tub. Crumbs were on the counter sticky substances on the dining table. Dust on majority of surfaces. Garbage cans dirty and smelly. Someone poured toilet bowl gel along the inside of the rim at some point but that was as far as they got leaving long streaks to collect enough filth to turn them black. Drawers all had dirt in them. In the middle of cleaning the jacuzzi corporate called wanting us to attend an hour long presentation for $80. Honestly Id rather they put that toward teaching their maids how to clean even half properly. And the kicker is they really had the audacity to stick a "clean and sanitized" sticker on the door. Get to run out and buy a coffee pot today, because of course this one doesnt work. -.-…

Scheduled a week stay through RCI at this resort in October 2020. Had a Studio Deluxe and was very nice and comfortable. Beautiful golf course and other amenities available.

Went there for a 3 night 4 day free stay for the time share portion. The 2 bedroom condo was spacious; however it was old and needed attention in the whole condo. The master suite bathroom was dirty-the baseboards looked as if they had not been dusted in about six months, the walk in shower had black mold all over the door-woke up with a 'slug snail' inside the shower one morning. There were fruit flies everywhere and we had no food with us, the sheets on the bed were stained. We did not complain as it was free; but if you are trying to sell a time share that was not a unit I would recommend showing as if I spent my hard earned money on something like that I would be mad and the owners of the resort not the members should be embarrassed. We have been to this resort several times and will keep coming back. The folks at the desk are very nice and and willing to help you in any way they can. Our rooms are always beautiful and we love having a kitchen on vacation.
