You can still peek through the floor to ceiling windows at the exibits, bring a picnic lunch for the tables and chairs outside (or on the grass) if it isn't too cold, and get a good view of the dam and beautiful architecture of the building. I hear there's a paved walking trail I gotta find somewhere around here too. I will hunt for it!

Wanted to see the film about building the dam, but the center was "CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE", so we drove around to another point to get a view of the dam.

The center is beautiful.... from the outside. Even though everything in a Branson has opened back up, the visitor center was closed “until further notice”. Several people were walking away disappointed and shaking their heads.

I have seen Yakov a long time ago and some of the jokes he tells are the same. But he can keep an audience laughing uncontrollably. His show is still a must see. I highly recommend it.

It was a cool day but we spent over an hour examining the displays in the museum that described the building of the huge dam. The docents were very helpful - answering questions and offering suggestions for other places to visit.
