This place is so utterly disgusting, it’s just a festering covid farm. Though the face mask policy is prominently displayed, it is clear that the staff just couldn’t care less. They don’t enforce anything, and the GM was a complete hoosier and has zero customer service or managerial skills. If you love white trash you’ll love this place!

More options for games and bounce places. But staff needs more customer service training. One staff member just pulled the power cord of the massage chair where my wife was seating and having a massage. He just said "my bad!" when asked why. No empathy whatsoever! He didn't bother to help or make amends. Nor apologize. The snack/cafe counter didn't have any staff member attending it. We went there twice and so no one!

My kids loved this place and had a great time. We went on World Jump day so it was buy one get one on the admission. We had never been to a trampoline park before so did not know what to fully expect. There were so many activities for the kids to do, my daughter loved running up the warped wall. Only two complaints are (1.) the A.C. was not working and it was a 100 degrees outside so it was brutal inside. Not sure how long it has been out but according to employees it has been a while. This is something that should be taken care of immediately. (2.) This one is more of a personal thing and probably not feasible, my daughter is super active and a great athlete but very young so the Ninja course which she wanted to do badly just wasn't an option as everything was too high for her. Maybe in possible further expansion add a mini ninja course geared towards younger kids. All in all a great experience.

David Bryan May · 7 seconds ago I have never been treated so horribly and bullied so badly by a human being and so-called General manager in my life. I had an issue that was really easy to solve. Instead the general manager called me a liar, did not solve the issue, talked loudly to me in front of my 7 and 4 year old children and then proceeded to laugh and smile. To top it off, I told her we were ending the conversation and she continued to bully and laugh and call me a liar. Further I asked her for someone to contact above her. She laughed and said "I am it." I then said what about the owner. She says "I don"t know the number." I ask for the corporate office number and she says "I don't know the number." Whether I was right or she was right she should have given me a contact number to talk to someone above her or at corporate office. Telling me she does not know number is ridiculous, if indeed she was General Manager. In an age where we are trying to teach kids not to bully, I was disappointed that this general manager and human being not only bullied and laughed at me but also did it in front of my children. Unfortunately she really does not care about the kids she knows there will always be more coming. Too top it off after all that was done I had to let my kids play in disgusting filth that had not been cleaned and deal with staff that let unsupervised kids act very unsafe.
