Such a wonderful step back in time! The Historical Society has done a marvelous job at finding, restoring, preserving, and displaying the BEST collection of Livingston County and Chillicothe anywhere! A treat for people of all ages.

The museum is a wonderful collection of many items showcasing the history of the area. Many specialty collections and a must visit site in Chillicothe.

This is a very complete and clean display of Missouri life and Livingston County History, displays change frequently so there are many new items to see each time we visit.
