Been going to mijas for years and lived there for 5 yrs and they have ruined the main square. Apart from banning traffic which is good It now has no atmosphere and become a playground for children with footballs.

The town of fuengirola has several beaches. It is about 8kms away but there is public transport to Fuengirola terminus. It takes approx 12 mins. Sorry but I do not know the frequency.
