Home to over 500 rare and endangered animals from all over the world representing 56 species. We have camels, kangaroos, lemurs, buffalo, omnivores, deer and we are home to many rescued large reptiles and tropical birds too! We have just added some cats to our park including Caracals and Servals. There is plenty to see in our 4 mile drive thru and petting zoo with walk thru area too! Come during one of our bottle feeding times and you will get to help our zookeepers bottle feed baby animals! Newly added this past summer we opened a new wing to the Walk Thru to include a Ring-tailed Lemur Exhibit, an American Alligator Poll and the Prarie Dog Town! Open everyday, year-round! Have a bigger family? Promised Land ZOO now offers a special Family Rate that will allow you to bring all the kids you want at a discounted rate (see our website for details). Also look to our website for personal tour, group tour and special party information. Bottle feedings daily.

Paid almost 80 dollars for a one on one encounter with a lemur as well as whatever else the zoo had. Anyways my encounter literally lasted like less than 10 minutes..... it wasn't worth the money I paid.

This was just an okay zoo. They didn't have a lot through the drive thru part and there wasn't much to do at the petting zoo part. There were only two workers there so I feel like we could've done more if they had more...More

During the car safari some animals came up to the car, apparently expecting food even though we didn't have any (not allowed). So this made the safari more interesting. There isn't a wide variety of animals, and some are kept in separate areas and can't...More

Ok, so maybe we did things backwards...but we bought the food to feed the petting zoo animals and ended up laughing hysterically as we were mobbed by hungry free-range deer and emu on the driving tour! BEWARE, those terrifying dinosaurs with feathers called emu will...More

Stayed the weekend in Eureka Springs; decided to stop here on the way back home to MO. Friendly staff, wide variety of animals, all enclosures were large and clean, and the drive-thru portion had great views of the free-roaming animals and countryside. Will definitely recommend...More

First we toured the petting area. There were several animals - some we could actually touch and feed. One area had rabbits. The rabbits kept walking out of their area onto the main walking path. When I reported this - the girl at the desk...More
