Even with construction going on around the site, the Memorial is worth the time. Once the construction is completed the other items will be easily accessible and also well worth the time.

Beautiful statues near the Capitol and Governor's Mansion. The little park is lovely. The statues are very detailed and large. Swing by this amazing monument for photos and history.

This represents the beginning of the Lewis and Clark Trail to the Pacific Ocean. Such a nicely done exhibit. The weather was nice that day.

We have visited the Lewis and Clark Monument Trailhead Plaza. It was a well informed visit as there were information panels to read. The Art work is also from a high standard.

One of the other places you can walk around in and take pics. Within the shadow of the capitol and Jefferson Landing and the Governor’s mansion.

While driving the Lewis and Clark route I experienced a local traffic jam. This is one experience of traffic hold up that I actually enjoyed.

It's a quite pretty spot to enjoy and ponder Lewis and Clark on their expedition. It also provided a great photo op.

We stopped by to see the monument and we surprised at how picturesque the scene actually was. Great spot to take some photos especially if you are short on time. Besides that not much to see here
