One of the most beautiful places in the country. These fountains are so relaxing and beyond beautiful and the general atmosphere surrounding the area is something to behold especially in the evening and around the holidays.

The Plaza is a great place for couples, families or even business travelers. So much to see and do! Food, stores and of course all the calming gorgeous fountains!

They are all over the place. The more well ones worthy of stopping for closer viewing. They are all over the town. A few are modern, mostly European looking.

Fountains were very cool.Love that KC has embraced outdoor art, both in the form of sculptures and fountains... Definitely gave the city a more Cosmopolitan feel. Was very enjoyable walking around trying to check out all the various pieces. I must question the " More Fountains Than Rome" statement as I think that's just advertising speak ; I lived in... More

There is nothing more peaceful than the sound of water from a fountain and the beauty of the sculptures dispersing it. This area has many to offer. Many of them have benches so you can just sit and enjoy. Try to take them in at night, the lighting makes them even more impressive. If you like to leisurely walk then... More

There are so many beautiful fountains. From the City of fountain website "The delightfully ornate Seville Light Fountain at the high profile intersection of 47th Street and Mill Creek Parkway is an exact replica of the Plaza de Los Reyes fountain in Kansas City's sister city of Seville, Spain." The architecture of the city is generously accented with these ornate... More

There are so many beautiful fountains in Kansas. I especially love the children's fountain in North Kansas City. Every time I drive past it and see the young girl tippy toeing in the water, it reminds me of my daughter and makes the smile.

Love the fountains throughout the city. Gorgeous sculptured water features characterize the Country Club Plaza and other neighborhoods. The fountains are all unique and having interesting history. During our visit, the fountains on the Plaza were spewing red water in support of the KC Chiefs 2016 season. Fun and festive!
