Loved this informative tour of Kansas City's notorious history. Our tour guide was informed and gregarious. Bennie, the bus driver, was engaging. Totally worth the time and money.

It is a tongue and cheek type of event. The tour guide interacts with a monitor screen but they teach the guest a lot about how Tom Pendergast became the big wig in Kansas City. With showing the actually buildings that were used as well.

We had some out of town guests and the weather was gray and cold, so this was the perfect solution. The tour is done in a bus with Donnie and Jonnie the mobster tour guides and the help of on-screen movies they interact with. This...More

This was our first tour of the city, though we have been visiting Kansas City for over ten years now. It was one of the very best tours I ever participated in. There was Benny the Bull, our driver and our two Gangster guides, Donnie...More

There is no restroom on this bus nor do they stop anywhere except for telling the history of Kansas City gangsters. Maybe one can ask for a stop, I really do not know.

The public tours are only on Saturdays. You can book a private tour during the week if you have a group.

The tour is open to all ages however I would recommend 5th grade or so and up. Younger children will probably won’t get much out of it beyond the spectacle of the authentic tour guide
