Our street is like a small town. We've been in our house over 20 years and it's been great for us. The Trolley Trail is convenient, and we take it to shops, bike rides and walks.

Having lived in Brookside for 7 years, I can attest personally for its charm. This is a residential area just south of Country Club Plaza that was planned by the same folks who built County Club Plaza. Homes range from charming 100 year old cottages...More

The jewel of Kansas City, Brookside has everything you might need over the course of a week, in walking distance. There are bars, grocers, a drug store, restaurants, a pet store and a walking trail right through the middle.

We visited Brookside the first Friday of May for the annual Brookside Art Festival. We shopped, ate lunch at Jalepeno's, and enjoyed the art, food, drinks, and people watching of the annual Brookside Art Festival.
