    We thought we'd only be here for 5 years. That was over 20 years ago...

    Our street is like a small town. We've been in our house over 20 years and it's been great for us. The Trolley Trail is convenient, and we take it to shops, bike rides and walks.

    Nice. Reminds me of Tulsa

    Nice area. Clean, I was staying nearby. Not difficult to navigate around lots of choices for things to do.

    A dream neighborhood.

    The jewel of Kansas City, Brookside has everything you might need over the course of a week, in walking distance. There are bars, grocers, a drug store, restaurants, a pet store and a walking trail right through the middle.

    Terrific shopping and living area AND Art Festival in May

    We visited Brookside the first Friday of May for the annual Brookside Art Festival. We shopped, ate lunch at Jalepeno's, and enjoyed the art, food, drinks, and people watching of the annual Brookside Art Festival.
