There was a lot of neat and different foods. They had teas, cheeses, crackers, honeys, oils. It was a really.neat place to stop at and look around at everything they had to offer.

This was an awesome spontaneous visit! We love cheeses and the variety of samples was incredible! We basically planned our next gathering around a Stilton cheese that rocked. Definitely coming back!

The Better Cheddar has been on the Plaza for decades. It is THE place in the greater KC area to go for gourmet cheeses from around the world (with samples), jams, crackers, condiments and nuts. We visit there often, and always find something tasty and different to take home. The store has an amazing selection of chocolates, and the very best peanuts. I’ve been coming to Better Cheddar sine the mid 80’s. The selection of gourmet cheeses from around the world is simply amazing. There are samples of many of them. They also have many other items such as crackers, jams, charcuterie, olives, olive oil, vinegar, chocolate and wine. The prices are not inexpensive but if you’re having a cocktail party where you want to impress your guests you’ll find what you need here.…
