Great customer service from excellent, knowledgeable and friendly staff.
If you have teenage children and you are on the Northern Beaches of Sydney, it is the place to shop.

Beachside bookshop provides excellent service especially useful for grandparents. The helpful staff is so knowledgeable about books for childen that I always come out with excellent gifts for my grandchildren. Always my first choice for books in Avalon.

Just wanted to say a massive thank you for all your recommendations. The 4 books I took with me on our recent holiday were just fantastic I loved every one. Your passion for the books you recommend is outstanding and being a mother of 3 boys - 2 being teenagers who need to be guided with their book choices you are always spot on and they love whatever you recommend. We are so fortunate to have your amazing store in Avalon and thank you Beachside Books your shop is the best. See you soon.

A wide range of titles to choose from in a light filled welcoming environment. Libby and her team know their authors and their works. This place is so much more than just buying a book, the staff are always helpful and can provide great suggestions if your stuck. They send books to friends as gifts for us on a regular basis. This place is just a little addictive.

We came here to buy a couple of kids books.

This is the most well run and organised book shop I have been in for a very long time. I went in recently to look for books for my 5 year old and was greeted by the most friendliest helpful gentleman, this made my task of finding the right book so much easier. Book selection is amazing and staff fabulous... Worth the visit if you haven't already been and its also great to support the local businesses. I will definitely go back!!!! Thank you!!!
