We met one another in a mental health care environment that focused on compassion, healing, growth, and wellness. After initially coming together in 2010, we found a further connection through our shared experience and interest in floating. Together, we began to reflect on elements that enrich the process of human connection, healing, and growth. As our bond grew, we continued to explore and expand our personal concepts of connection, healing, and growth. Our shared ideas ultimately inspired us to design the concept of the FLOAT STL experience. With clarity, persistence, and intention, we gathered the courage and support to make our vision a reality and in February of 2015, we opened FLOAT STL in MidTown. Since February 2015, we have been grateful to facilitate over 25,000 floats, introducing thousands of people to the practice. In November of 2016, recognizing a need to support our growing community, we opened our second location in Maryland Heights to help create better access to

If you want relaxation in a new environment, this is your place. Clean and professional, everything was first class. 'Floating' is different in that its more like meditation than anything, but I was completely refreshed when my session was over.

This was the most unique relaxation event I have ever experienced. This is a must go and definitely worth the time and money. Would recommend the one in Maryland Heights as the rooms are newer and bigger.

If you haven't tried floating, Float STL is a great place to try it out. The rooms are often booked way in advance so make a reservation. Come early to de-stress before you get in a tank.

90 minutes floating in an Epsom salt bath in peace and quiet = relaxing. Towels, ear plugs, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and meditation free. Street parking for a fee and lots of float times.
