A lovely park with some fun sculptures

A lovely spot. Great spout fountain area which I am sure children will enjoy in summer, well laid out areas and fun and quirky sculptures.

Public space nicely adorned with weird large statues that give a whimsical feel, along with some water features and modern art, gives this several block long space a bit of something for everyone in the family in downtown St. Louis.

We loved this park. The Fall colours were beginning to show, the water features were peaceful, the sculptures are varied and interesting. I liked the two large white rabbits! Not to be missed.

My family and I traveled to St Louis this past week and one of our last stops was at the City garden, although the fountain pool was closed for the season, it still is a lovely place.

We were out for a walk after dinner, and our 7 year-old son loved running around and exploring. I can see how it'd be a great place in the summer time to cool off! The "pool" areas were technically closed, but the water was still on, so while he stayed dry, he could still explore them. If you're in the... More

This a lovely garden right in downtown ST. Louis. There are numerous sculptures and beautiful plant along with water features. A good place for downtown workers to eat lunch in a peaceful setting.

Guess the time of year we went had something to do with the scenery, it was ok, didn't spend a lot of time here. Walked around, looked at statues, didn't keep son's attention very long!

We happened to notice the Pinocchio and were drawn in. It was so interesting to see the art in a public garden. Definitely something to see while in St. Louis.

St Louis' City Garden was perhaps the most unexpected surprise on a recent visit. The well-landscaped urban oasis masterfully blends art, landscape, and architecture with one another as high-rises cavern overhead. The well-planned and executed City Garden has a variety of paths, water features, diverse plantings, and artwork which yields several different and unique experiences for the viewer/visitor. To complement... More

i guess this place is usually filled with kids, but I was there as part of an all-adult night and I have never seen so many people 40, 50, 60 and older climbing, crawling, sliding and generally horsing around. Absolutely unlike any other place I have ever seen. Just think what the love child of the Sagrada Familia Cathedral in... More
