The park has a tram ride around the complete farm showing all the animals that a housed at the Farm. For us the best part of our visit was to visit the Clydesdales that are trained to become part of the hitch what will pull the beer wagons

This is the third time we have been to Grants Farm. The displays are all easy to see and most interesting. This time, we made it a point to see the animal and elephant shows. Both were well worth the time and most interesting. We also had lunch at the Farm. Prices are reasonable and the food is excellent. Be... More

The propery was once owned by President Grant, and then the Busch family (think beer). You get trolly-ride, guided tour through the preserve until you reach the attractions. The Elephant show was terrific. We went twice. There was also a really nice bird show. Staff is super courteous and helpful. There were some interesting animals and some history. The price... More

Great place to feed goats and a camel. Nice tram ride past animals. Up close look at Clydesdales. Free after you pay to park.

This is a perfect place to spend a day with friends and family. The tram ride and the attractions are wonderful for kids & adults alike. And do not forget to get two glasses of free beer. This was nice touch.

We were visiting relatives in the area. Everyone got together and they took us to the farm. It is beautiful. They have the Clydesdales and other animals as well. They have a tram that goes around the farm. We were able to see some baby Clydesdales. It is outside of downtown St. Louis on the western side. Overall a very... More

Took my grandchildren (ages 4 and 5) to Grant's Farm for the day. They love the tram ride where we saw quite a few animals. Other favorites were the carousel, bottle feeding the baby goats, elephant shows, feeding the llamas and camels, riding the real ponies, and feeding the parakeets. When I asked the grandkids what was their favorite and... More

The St Louis Zoo is great, but sometimes you want something more low key. See Clydesdale horses, feed goats, drink beer and have a pretzel.

If you want to do a highlight of St. Louis, especially if you have kids, you need to stop here. First of all, cost is free! But, you do have to pay $7 for parking, and there are individual activities inside the park, like parakeet feeding, carousel rides, camel rides, petting zoo, etc. that they do charge for. There are... More
