It is a small zoo! It's fun but not much walking nor animals. Good for kids that get fidgety easily. Fast trip to the zoo.

I love the Zoo. It is a great place for all ages and all types. My favorite part is where you can feed the giraffes. If you are looking for some where great to visit you wont be disappointed.

This is a small zoo tucked away in a corner of Springfield, MO. The setting is beautiful and sans city ruckus. We visited on a Friday afternoon in November and practically had the place to ourselves. You can see the hole place in 2 hours. Parking was free but there was an entrance fee of $12 per adult.

We got to the zoo early in the morning as the animals were awakening. Most were eating breakfast. I was fun to watch them eat. As the day warmed up the animals became more active and playful. The zoo itself is clean and easy to walk through. A great place for family. Also accessible for disabled as well.

Had fun there it is a little small we took our time and was done in 2 or 3 hrs but, what is not in size they make up for in the experience. I would recommend feeding the giraffes. You can safely get up close and personal with them. Overall the kids had a blast!!!

A great place to take your grandkids. Although if you are looking for a large extravagant zoo, this is not it. It is a quaint zoo and park for the size of Springfield, Missouri. My husband and I took our 2-year-old grandson two times this year. He definitely loves the animals and the train. Expect to pay $2.00 per person... More

I've gone since i can remember, and have always absolutely loved it. This place is great for families of all ages. The staff are good, and animals healthy. They are expecting two new hippos, sadly Henry the hippo is being taken to a different zoo, but good for him cause he gets a new friend. I feel like the staff... More
