Decide for quick drive to Pillar Lake,...its bigger than I expected with some small water craft and people fishing and bbq along the shoreline,did some landscape photography.

Every visitor to our home in Falkland, we take up to Pillar Lake for a lovely swim in the lake, and a short, steep hike to the Pillar. A several ton boulder sits on top of the 90' Hoo Doo...amazing..worth a visit !

very interesting Okanagan First Nation stories regarding the pillar. The pillar is a spiritual place for Okanagan First Nations so when viewing the pillar show respect for its historical significance.
