If I could rate the VIP Experience at the Crane Trust more than 5 stars I definitely would. This was an amazing experience made even more enjoyable because of the enthusiasm and deep knowledge of the professional staff. My wife and I signed up for the two day VIP Crane Trust Experience not really knowing what to expect. This package includes an en-suite room in one of their three cabins. It also included 4 visits to their private blind, two dinners, two breakfasts, unlimited wine, beer and soft drinks, plus a private lunch and guided sightseeing tour with two of their professional staff members. While we were there it is estimated that we saw over 170,000 sand hill cranes. Just amazing to see these beautiful creatures. We also saw over 100 genetically pure bison. Seeing the prairie as it used to be is very impressive as well. I cannot say enough about the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. Each one went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. They answered all of our questions as best they could. They even went so far as to go back and find answers when they did not know the answers initially. Very accommodating and helpful. Because we were there for two full days we got to know them fairly well. The window to see the crane migration is small: March into early April. We were incredibly lucky to have reserved our two day visit when the maximum number were there as well as we had incredible weather. The old adage "I would rather be lucky than good" definitely applied to our visit. I highly recommend this experience even if your are not a birder, which I am not. You will come away from the experience highly impressed.

If you want to experience miracle or paradise you do not expect to find it in Hollywood movies or by reading fairy tails... You should come to Nebraska during an amazing migration of thousands (around 600 000 thousands!!!) of thousands of Sand-Hill Cranes and millions of Snow - mostly/Canada/Cackling Geese and Ducks. You will never forget this ballet in the sky!!! This pleasant orchestra and choir in the air!!! This is an amazing feeling!!! this is fantastic!!!!

An experience you won’t forget! A magnificent opportunity to see the migration of the Sandhill Cranes. But so much more. The abundance of waterfowl and wildlife is beyond beautiful. If you aren’t familiar with the important work of the Crane Trust, take a few minutes to look them up. Their work is key to protecting the world’s Whooping Crane population, currently an endangered species. A magnificent ecological environment to see. They offer a variety of single or multi dat experiences. Makes a great family, couple or individual vacation.
