Had a horrible experienced tonight with Dave, a cashier, when I walked in @ the store because I forgot my mask. He was yelling very loud and very mean. We know a lot about the pandemic because my husband is a frontliner fighting for this disease. It was an honest mistake. I’m sure I wasn’t the only one who walked in at the store without a mask. We usually stop at this store to buy lots of goodies for our house in Reno but tonight we left right away because of how we were treated. The restaurant coffee shop had excellent omelet and savory crepes. Cappuccino set it off. We'll be back!

The candy here is very tasty. I could't stop eating the chocolate covered raisins. The crystalized ginger and milk chocolate haystacks are also very good.

If you don't want us in your store... lock the doors. Some of us are required to travel, cashier help should be accommodating not adversarial. I will go to the Rebel for my usual rest stop in Beatty. Stay away from the Death Valley Nut & Candy.
