Nothing posted as to why one of only two places we found in CC that souvenirs was closed on a Sat. The other was also closed so not impressed with CC handling of visitors at all.

Went here to get our Highway 50 passport signed. Found staff very understanding with lots of pamphlets, maps etc. Just a few steps from the State Museum. Would return again for all they have to offer

We have stopped in twice to get information on things to do, and sights to see. Both times, the staff people were helpful and knowledgeable. They armed us with maps and brochures. There are also gift items like shirts, books and other souvenirs.

We got a lot of information about the area and may have missed some good activities if we haven't stopped. Very helpful staff!
